Guidelines for Use

• No use fee for Co-op/PSD Patrons.

• Available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Wine only may be served in crystal provided, but must be confined to the Founders Room.

• Light snacks and appetizers (i.e., cheese, crackers, fruit, pastries, etc.) may be served. There are no cooking facilities for hot foods. Serving trays, flatware, napkins, coffee mugs and supplies are provided by the Co-op/PSD, as is clean up.

• The Co-op/PSD provides coffee, tea service, bottled water and soft drinks, at no charge.

• The Founders Room seats up to 10 people, conference-style, comfortably.

• The LCD “greeter board” (monitor) at the entrance, may be programmed with any welcoming messages or guest acknowledgements that the host would like. • Users are encouraged to maintain our Founders Room as they would their own home or office. The hosting winery will be responsible for their guests and the condition of the room upon departure. Any repairs for damage (scratches, stains, breakage, etc.) will be billed to the winery.

• The Founders Room must be kept closed during all functions, as it is part of the Co-op/PSD business office. A separate thermostat control (heating/cooling) is in the room for climate control. Please keep sound to a reasonable, conversational level.

• The restroom is located down the main hallway to the left and is available to all guests. All beverages must be left in the Founders Room during restroom visits.
