Co-op/Pack N' Ship Direct Patrons

Hey, Special

Co-op/PSD Cardlock Fueling Discounts are Here!

Royal Petroleum logo

Your Co-op/PSD maintains an exclusive co-marketing venture with Santa Rosa’s Royal Petroleum, Inc. for preferred discounted fuel service to all Patrons.

Our four cardlock fueling locations provide gasoline, diesel, bio-diesel and “red fuel” (tractors and other farming equipment) for rigs, bobtails, pickups, personal autos and anything in between!

Cardlock fueling locations are:

  • SANTA ROSA— 365 Todd Road
  • NORTH SANTA ROSA— 3530 Regional Parkway
  • PETALUMA— 320 Corona Road
  • PETALUMA— 2141 Petaluma Blvd. South

Contact Rebecca Chapman or Sara Brandenburg at Royal Petroleum for directions. They can be reached at 707.540.0044. You can also check the Royal Petroleum Web site.

Please be aware that fuel prices “float” and Royal Petroleum purchases both “spot market” and contract fuel.

For this reason—and because it is of paramount interest that our wineries never pay more than they should—you should be alert to other fuel options in the vicinity as rack prices will vary from time to time by competitor.

Here’s how it works:

  • Our wineries, their families and employees, i.e., anyone issued an authorized Co-op/PSD / Royal Petroleum Purchasing Card (credit card), will receive ten cents (.10) per gallon off billing invoice for every gallon, of any type fuel, at our four local locations.
  • The Co-op/PSD will receive two cents (.02) per gallon on every gallon purchased by the Membership. The Co-op/PSD will also receive a monthly payment of two cents (.02) per gallon from the National Commercial Fueling Network (CFN) for any vehicle fueling at over 2,700 CFN sites across the U.S. and Canada. Accordingly, we will encourage all of our outbound line haulers at the Co-op/PSD to fuel in Sonoma County or anywhere using our exclusive Co-op/PSD / Royal Petroleum Card.
  • Royal Petroleum issues and manages the card for us and handles all credit, collections and billing. There is no ancillary expense to Co-op/PSD.
  • The Co-op/PSD promotes and markets to our Patrons and to its commercial outbound carrier base. It benefits everyone to use their Co-op/PSD cardlock fueling option for price discounts, as well as for these many other benefits:
    • Access to four Sonoma County locations, with an additional 2,700 U.S. and Canadian fueling sites.
    • Full-service tanker delivery to your winery site.
    • 365 days a year fuel availability.
    • Access to fueling facilities designed with large commercial trucks in mind. (Large turning radius, total canopy clearance, minimum interaction with passenger cars and small trucks, super fast pumping, no-non-fuel purchases available.)
    • Security of fueling operations via customer-controlled card options, such as time of day limits, limit on day of the week fueling, fuel product limitations, fueling location boundaries, and excess purchase notification. You set the standards and limitations. Eliminates potential employee abuse.
    • Monitoring of fleet fuel consumption by vehicle and taxes paid through a centralized billing system with monthly invoicing and recap report to winery management.
